Most smart thermostats drop Wi‑Fi because of a weak signal, wrong network or password, or a 5 GHz-only connection. Firmware, router settings, or wiring/power issues can also interrupt pairing. Quick checks:
- Confirm the correct SSID and password.
- Use 2.4 GHz if the thermostat doesn’t support 5 GHz.
